We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. To deliver in this key role you should have an inquisitive mind and be able to dig into issues and follow them through to conclusion. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to report within tight frameworks, and previous experience supporting the wider business with commercial decision making.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have the ability to develop and manage the Financial Reporting System and provide commercial support to the operations and client delivery teams to ensure financial controls and procedures are in place.
Your key responsibility will be to ensure that the highest quality of accurate financial management information is produced in a timely fashion to facilitate effective and efficient management of the business. The successful candidate will have a professional finance qualification with a track record of managing / developing high performing teams.
The role includes: -
Supporting with monthly management accounts production
Budgeting and Forecasting
Processing company payroll
Processing/calculating VAT returns
Business partnering with internal stakeholders including marketing and operations
Managing the audit
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Experience of working in a fast paced, scaling ‘start-up’ organisation would be preferable. You will need to exhibit excellent inter-personal and communication skills coupled with a proactive approach.
